Special Session
Minutes
Tuesday, March 30, 2004 6:00 PM Tzouanakis Inter. School
I. Call to Order; Roll Call
A. Council President Tom Roach called the Special Session to order. Upon roll
call the following councilors were present: Russ Evans, Tom Roach, and Bob
Sedlack; Mayor Nancy A. Michael arrived shortly after roll call. Also present
were Rod Weinschenk, Laurie Robertson, Lisa VonTress and Randy
Robinson.
Il. Public Petitions and Comments
A. Rod Weinschenk updated the council regarding the skatepark being closed
due to a needed repair on the "flybox ".
III. Approval of Minutes
® A. Minutes of March 9, 2004 were unanimously approved as presented on a
motion by Bob Sedlack and second by Tom Roach.
IV. General Business
A. Resolution 2004 -4 A Resolution Authorizing Additional Appropriations, Maple
Berry Park Project
1. Nancy Michael reported that this project was included in the EDIT
money plan. To spend we need to have a resolution approving the
expenditure. On a motion by Russ Evans, second by Bob Sedlack this
motion was unanimously approved.
B. The Boiler request was withdrawn to be presented at the next council
meeting.
C. Nancy Michael also reported that the Westside Project is moving along and
are ready to begin.
V. Adjournment
1. Meeting was adjourned at 6:30 PM on a motion by Councilor Sedlack,
second by Councilor Evans, unanimously approved.
