MINUTES
May 15, 1973
COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Tyrell called the meeting of the Community Redevelop-
ment Agency to order at 8:25 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 1973, in
the Council Chambers of the City Hall..
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Members - Briggs, Dennis Gilbertson, Tyrell
Absent: Members- Merritt
Also Present: CRA Director Koski, CRA Assistant Director
Dragicevich, City Attorney Martin
Mr. Gilbertson moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Merritt for
cause, seconded by Mr. Dennis and carried.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
It was noted that the minutes of the meeting of May 1, 1973,
showed Mr. Merritt making and seconding a motion, which motion
had been seconded by Mr. Briggs. Mr. Dennis moved to approve
the minutes as corrected, seconded by Mr. Briggs and carried.
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS:
4. REORGANIZATION:
Mr. Gilbertson moved to reaffirm the provisions of the bylaws
in regard to reorganization, with Mayor to serve as Chairman
and Mayor Pro Tem to serve as Vice Chairman, seconded by
Mr. Briggs and carried.
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting was adjourned by the Chairman at 8:28 p.m.
