CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY
PLAT APPROVAL FOR TUCKBOROUGH FARM
FIFTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, Hunterland Corporation (Applicant) has requested preliminary approval
of the plat of Tuckborough Farm Fifth Addition; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat was reviewed by the planning commission on
August 13, 1991, and by the city council on September 3, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota, that preliminary approval is given to the plat of Tuckborough Farm Fifth
Addition, subject to the following:
1. It is acknowledged that Lots 1, 3 and 6, Block 1 have room for an animal structure;
2. The Applicant must pay a park dedication fee for all lots within the subdivision;
3. The Applicant must work with city staff to ensure continuation of Navajo Road
from Hunter Drive to Tamarack Drive;
4. The plat must be reviewed and approved by the Elm Creek and Minnehaha
Watershed Districts;
5. The plat must show the drainage and utility easements required by the city
engineer;
6. The Applicant must convey to the City an easement for trail purposes as required
by the city engineer;
7. The Applicant must submit a current abstract of title or registered property
abstract covering all the land in the proposed plat for review by the city attorney;
8. The Applicant must pay to the city for administrative expenses the amount
determined by city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of reviewing the
subdivision; and
9. The Applicant must submit the final plat to the city for approval within 180 days of
the date of the adoption of this resolution, which final plat shall in all material
respects conform to the preliminary plat, except that it shall incorporate all
changes and modifications required by this resolution.
