AUTHORIZING THE ISSUAt'<CE OF A TAXICAB OWNER'S
LICENSE TO ROBERTO VALDEZ, EXPRESS TAXI LLC, FOR THE
2009-2010 LICENSE TERt"l
.WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2009-2010, trading as
EXPRESS TAXI LLC
WHEREAS, he qualifications of the applicant bas been investigated by the
Carteret Police Denartment and the said denartrnent recommends that a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2008.2009 License Term be granted to the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
1tfayor and Council ofllie Borough ofCarteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue EXPRESS TAXI LLC a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2009-2010 License.
Adopted this 11 <h day of June, 2009
