HomeMy Public PortalAboutFY2019 Crosby MansionCROSBY MANSION Crosby Mansion and cottages is a state owned facility that operates within the Town of Brewster under the management of a Property Manager. Crosby Mansion is accounted for by a special revenue fund established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 44, Section 53 E1/2. The Property Manager receives receipts for rental of the Mansion and the cottages as well as gifts provided by the public during tours of the Mansion. Operating expenses in this account pertain to the Property Manager’s salary, fringe benefits, utilities, trash removal, and professional services for infrastructure maintenance that is outside of the Property Manager’s regular duties.
