CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
MINUTES
February 5, 1974
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Tyrell called the meeting of the Community Redevelop-
ment Agency to order at 9:20 p.m. on Tuesday, February 5, 1974,
in the Council Chamber of the City Hall.
2 ROLL CALL :
Present: Members - Dennis, Gilbertson, Greenberg, Merritt,
Tyrell
Absent: Members -None
Also Present: Executive Director Koski, Assistant Director
Dragicevich
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Mr.' Merritt moved to approve the:minutes of the regular meeting
held December 18, 1973, as written, seconded by Mr. Greenberg
and carried.
4. STATUS REPORT:
Executive Director Koski: advised that s taff had met with Mr.
Eugene Jacobs, special counsel :, primarily to discuss time schedule
for completion of` the `Disposition 'and Development Agreement, but
also to review and finalize cost figures and review cash flow.
Kresge Company has verbally approved the lease agreement with
EGSMetro Development Company which should be in the hands of
EGSMetro by February 6, afters which they should be in a position
to execute the Disposition and. Development Agreement. It is
anticipated that the 'agr'eement will "be accomplished and presented
to the 'Agency °at-their °meeting to be held February 19, 1974.
The soils tests for Parcel "B" Rosemead Boulevard Development
Project are scheduled to commence Monday, February 11, 1974.
5. ADJOURNMENT:
On motion-by Mr. ' Merritt, seconded by Mr': Dennis and carried,
the meeting adjourned at 9:25 p.m.
