AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING 0.14 ACRES ADDRESSED AS 1102 EAST
MCCARTY STREET, FROM RA-2 HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO N-O
NEIGHBORHOOD OFFICE, DESCRIBED AS PART OF LOT 19 OF OWENS
SUBDIVISION OF OUTLOTS 55 AND 56, JEFFERSON CITY, COLE COUNTY,
MISSOURI.
WHEREAS, It appears that the procedures set forth in the zoning code relating to
zoning have in all matters been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RA-2 High Density
Residential to N-O Neighborhood Office: The northwesterly part of Lot No. 19 of Owens
Subdivision of Outlots Nos. 55 and 56, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said Lot No.
19, thence easterly along McCarty Street, 59 feet 7 inches; thence southerly parallel with
Locust Street, 108 feet 6 inches; thence westerly parallel with McCarty Street, 59 feet 7
inches; thence northerly along the west line of said Lot No. 19, 108 feet 6 inches, to the
point of beginning. Containing, in all, 0.14 acres, more or less.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.

Rezoning of 1102 E. McCarty Street
The City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,will hold a public a hearing on Monday, March 15,
2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the John G. Christy Municipal Building, 320 East
McCarty Street, to consider rezoning the following-described land addressed as 1102 E. McCarty
Street from RA-2 High Density Residential to N-O Neighborhood Office: The northwesterly part of
Lot No. 19 of Owens Subdivision of Outlots Nos.55 and 56, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, more
