CANCEL TAX OVERPAYIoIENT
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector of the Borough of Carteret
has reviewed the rolls and determined that certain
resident$ and property owners have overpaid taxes, and
~mEREAS, the Tax Collector recommends that the tax
overpayment be cancelled,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by
the Council of the Borough of Carteret, in the County
of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax Collector is
authorized to immediately cancel the tax overpayment
