Greg Winger, Fire Chief, presented the Fire Department Report. Van Heiden moved to purchase a
used 2004 Pierce Pumper Tanker. Cost to be $215,000.00. Funds for the purchase will come from the City
and Wellsburg Fire Association. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.
City Clerk to check with City Attorney about setting up a fine schedule for opening burning
offenses.
Jamie Madden, Public Works Director, presented the Public Works report. General discussion about
the 2023 seal coating.
Eilderts moved to approve the FY 2022 Urban Renewal Report. Eiten seconded the motion. All
ayes, carried.
