RESOLUTION NO. J: Y 7
RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL
FOR A LOT DIVISION/COMBINATION
FOR EMIL J. JUBERT AND RITA A. JUBERT
WHEREAS, Emil J. Jubert and Rita A. Jubert previously on or
about May 15, 1979, submitted an application for a division and
combination of Lots 4, 5, and 6, Block 30, "Independence Beach,
Hennepin County, Minnesota"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Medina adopted
resolution No. 79-23 approving said division and combination and
excepting said consolidation from the Platting Code in accordance
with Ordinance No. 159; and
WHEREAS, recently it was discovered that the house and
garage were on separate parcels and that the correct combination
should be:
Parcel 1: Lots 5 and 6, Block 30, "Independence Beach,
Hennepin County, Minnesota", including adjoining one-half of
Grove Street vacated, and that part of vacated County Road
19 lying east of Lots 5 and 6, Block 30, "Independence
Beach, Hennepin County, Minnesota".
Parcel 2: Lot 4, Block 30, "Independence Beach, Hennepin
County, Minnesota", including adjoining one-half of Main
Street vacated, and that part of vacated County Road 19
lying east of Lot 4, Block 30, "Independence Beach, Hennepin
County, Minnesota".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota, that the division/combination of the
above described property by the applicants into two parcels as
above described is �ihereby approve.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
