Chain link fence along side bent & broken and wood picket fence across front in disrepair with sharp stake protruding from center of driveway near street in violation of Ord. 04/4, Article II, Sec. 22-32, Parag. (7). 2. Stagnant water in swimming pool in violation of Ord. 04/4, Article II, Sec. 22-31, Parag. (15) 3. Rank vines covering all plantings on property which may conceal pools of water, trash or filth providing harborage for rats & other vermin in violation of Ord. 04/4, Article II, Sec. 22-31, Parag. (2) & (8). SHOULD ANY INTERESTED PARTY SEEK TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM SPECIAL MASTER WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT THIS HEARING, SAID PARTY WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE, MAY NEED TO INSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
