1. Stagnant water in pool in violation of Ord. 04/4, Article II

2. Dead trees & shrubs constituting fire hazard in violation of
Ord. 04/4, Article II, Sec. 22-31, Parag. (4) & (17)
3. Ord. 04/4, Article II, Sec. 22732, Parag. (7) Screen
enclosure remains scattered about property
4. Code of Ordinances Sec. 42-26 adopting State Bldg. Code by
reference -Fla. Bldg. Code 2004, Sec. R4101.17 Residential
Swimming Barrier Required (pool enclosure collapsed from
hurricane and pool no longer in compliance and no temporary
barrier in place).
B. Case No. CE2-06; Richard Lavoie, 2775 Avenue Au Soleil
1. Dead trees standing & on ground constituting fire hazard in
violation of Ord. 04/4, Article II, Sec. 22-31, Parag.

2. Screen enclosure remains scattered about property in violation
of Ord. 04/4, Article II, Sec. 22-32, Parag. (7)
3. Code of Ordinances Sec. 42726 adopting State Bldg. Code by
reference -Fla. Bldg. Code 2004, Sec R4104.17 Residential
Swimming Barrier Required (pool enclosure collapsed from
hurricane and pool no longer in compliance and no temporary
barrier in place).
C. Case No. CE3-06; Paul C. Condon & Nicholas R. Coon, 4110 County Rd.
1. Chain link fence along side bent & broken and wood picket
fence across front in disrepair with sharp stake protruding
from center of driveway near street in violation of Ord. 04/4,
Article II, Sec. 22-32, Parag. (7).
2. Stagnant water in swimming pool in violation of Ord. 04/4,
Article II, Sec. 22-31, Parag. (15)
3. Rank vines covering all plantings on property which may conceal
pools of water, trash or filth providing harborage for rats
& other vermin in violation of Ord. 04/4, Article II, Sec.
22-31, Parag. (2) & (8).
SHOULD ANY INTERESTED PARTY SEEK TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE
TOWN OF GULF STREAM SPECIAL MASTER WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT
THIS HEARING, SAID PARTY WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND FOR SUCH
PURPOSE, MAY NEED TO INSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS
MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL
