CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. (:/// -
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE
FOR FALSE ALARMS PURSUANT TO SECTION 355
OF THE MEDINA CITY CODE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Medina has adopted Ordinance No.
c;e5,` adopting Section 355 of the Code of Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, Section 355 established a fee to be paid by the owners of emergency
alarm systems for four or more false alarms within any twelve-month period; and
WHEREAS, Section 355 requires the City Council to establish a fee schedule
to be used for the fourth and successive false alarms during any twelve-month
period.
NOW, THREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota as follows :
1. The fee for the fourth false alarm at any address within a twelve-month period
shall be $25.
2. The fee for the fifth and each successive false alarm at any address within a
twelve-month period shall be $50.
3. The city clerk -treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to take such
actions as may be necessary to collect said fees.
