RESOLUTION NO. 2018-08-02
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT
FOR THE COUNTY ROAD 72 WORK CONTRACT
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes the Town Manager to enter into
a contract for the County Road 72 Work Contract with Nick's Dirt Works in an amount
not to exceed $325,000.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
