RESOLUTION NO. 2018-08-03
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL
AGREEMENT WITH GRAND COUNTY FOR THE COUNTY ROAD 72 REALIGNMENT
PROJECT
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes the Mayor to enter into an
Intergovernmental Agreement for the County Road 72 Realignment Project.
2. This agreement is subject to final approval from the Town Attorney and County Attorney
before execution.
