AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OFJEFFERSON,MISSOURI,AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH MISSOURI
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT PROGRAM, AND TO EXECUTE A COMPANION INTERGOVERNMENTAL
AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSOURI OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATION; ALSO,
AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF GRANT FUNDS
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
grant agreements with Missouri Department of Economic Development and the Missouri
Office of Administration.
Section 2. The agreement and intergovernmental agreements shall be adopted
substantially the same in form and content as the agreements attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. There is hereby supplemental appropriated within the General Fund
Account outlined in Exhibit B.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
