RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REJECTING OF BIDS AND
AUTHORIZING REBIDDING - VENDING lVIACHINES
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret. (the "Borough") bas previously solicited and
received bids for Vending Machines on July 1,2009; and
WHEREAS, on a review of said bid submittals, it have been determined that all of the
submitt~i.ls substantially exceed the anticipated budget; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Couocil of the Borough
of Carteret, County of 1'v11ddlesex, State of New Jersey, that all of the bid submittals
received for Vending Machines are hereby rejected; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to rebid
for said Vending Machines.

and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 10"', 2009.
