AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH SURESCAN
TECHNOLOGY, LLC FOR IRIS BIOMETRIC HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE.
WHEREAS, SureScan Technology, LLC has become the apparent lowest and best
offer for Iris Biometric Hardware and Software;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The final offer of SureScan Technology, LLC is declared to be the
lowest and best offer and is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with Sure Scan Technology for Iris Biometric Hardware and Software.
Section 3. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content
as that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
