AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A HAZARDOUS l'iIATERIALS
EMERGENCY RESPONSE FUNDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET AND CARTERET
HAZMAT FUNDING ASSOCIATION, LLC.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that
the Mayor and the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to execute
a Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Funding Agreement between the
Borough ofCarteret and Carteret Hazmat Funding Association, LLC.
Adopted this 9'h day of July, 2009
