AMENDING RESOLUITION #99-390 REGARDING PAYMENTS TO
CONTRACTORS PURSUANT TO (COAH) REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has received certain money pursuant to
Regional Contribution Agreements (RCA); and
WHEREAS, the Borough is undertaking an extensive scattered site rehabilitation
program to utilize said RCA funds; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret do hereby approve the following amounts for the work to be
performed by various approved contractors:
Cranbury Account:
10 Catherine Street
95 Fitch Street
109 Hagaman Street
Readington Account:
12 Grant Avenue
82 Warren Street
92 Hagaman Street
Not to Exceed
B. Borrero Improvements $12,980.00
Pappas Builders $22,000.00
Pappas Builders $ 690.00
