CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 92-1a
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR THE
HAMEL SANITARY SEWER TRUNK EXTENSION
WHEREAS, it is proposed to extend the Hamel sanitary sewer trunk line from
its current terminous 500 feet south of Hamel Road on Pinto Drive west to Willow
Drive and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Medina,
Minnesota that the improvement project described above be referred to Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. for study as consulting engineers and that they
be instructed to report to the city council with all convenient speed advising the
council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed project is feasible and as to
the estimated cost thereof .
