Al'1 ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #71-9
ESTABLISHING SALARY SCHEDULES AND FIXING
THE MANNER OF PAYMENTS OF SALARIES FOR
VARIOUS OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE
BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following Amendment of the above-entitled Ordinance be
made in Section 1;
School Traffic Guards hired on or after 1/1104
Start 8.001hr.
After 6 mos. 8.501hr.
After 12 mos. 9.001hr.
After 18 mos. 9.501hr.
After 24 mos. IO.OOIhr.
After36 mos. 10.501hr.
After 48 mos. 11.001hr.
Those employees who are at "TOP RATE" with a minimum of48 months of service
shall receive across the board increase of:
.50 cents per hour for year one of contract
.50 cents per hour for year two of contract
.50 cents per hour for year three of contract
.50 cents per hour for year four of contract

Section 2. That the schedule of compensation of this Ordinance shall take effect
