CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 7,) - I
RESOLUTION APPOINTING
LAURA MONROE AS ACTING
CLERK -TREASURER
WHEREAS, until her death on February 24, 1992, Donna Roehl served as city
clerk -treasurer for the City of Medina; and
WHEREAS, until such time Laura Monroe served as deputy city clerk -
treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina as follows:
1. Laura Monroe is hereby appointed acting city clerk -treasurer until further
notice and she is hereby authorized and directed to perform such duties as
required of the office of city clerk -treasurer by state statute and city
ordinance.
2. Any and all actions taken by Laura Monroe as city clerk -treasurer since
February 24 through the date of adoption of this resolution are hereby ratified
and confirmed.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
