CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 41M- I
RESOLUTION APPOINTING REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE ELM CREEK WATERSHED COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City of Medina is a part of the Elm Creek
Watershed; and
WHEREAS, a representative and an alternative is appointed
each year by the city council to represent the City of Medina on
the Elm Creek Watershed Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina that the 1992 representative, appointed at the
January 7, 1992 city council meeting, shall be Larry Elwell and
the alternative shall be Gary Acromite.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Mikahfl/ and upon vote being taken
