HomeMy Public PortalAbout1992-019Member 11,tdhe/ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. CP—i, RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR TUCKBOROUGH FARM FIFTH ADDITION WHEREAS, Hunterland Corporation (Applicant) received preliminary approval of the plat of Tuckborough Farm Fifth Addition on September 17, 1991; and WHEREAS, the Applicant has now requested final plat approval and has submitted a final plat of the subdivision for review by the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota, that final approval is given to the plat of Tuckborough Farm Fifth Addition, subject to the following: 1. It is acknowledged that Lots 1, 3 and 6, Block 1 have room for an animal structure; 2. The Applicant must pay a park dedication fee for all lots within the subdivision; 3. The Applicant must construct the continuation of Navajo Road from Hunter Drive to Tamarack Drive to the satisfaction of the city engineer; 4. The plat must be reviewed and approved by the Elm Creek and Minnehaha Watershed Districts; 5. The Applicant must pay to the city for administrative expenses the amount determined by city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of reviewing the subdivision; and 6. The Applicant must file the plat with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of the adoption of this resolution. If the Applicant does not file the plat within said period of time, this approval shall be considered null and void. Dated: \--yraterb/7, 1992. ATTEST: Laura L.
