RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A
FEE FOR PARK PERMITS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Medina has recently adopted
Ordinance No. DLA , which is a comprehensive revision of the City's park
ordinance; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. vZ will be codified in the City Code as Sections
515.01, et seq , ; and
WHEREAS, Section 515.07, Subd. 3, authorizes the city council to establish
the permit fee by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Medina,
Minnesota that the fee required in connection with permits issued by the Medina
Chief of Police pursuant to Section 515.07 of the Code of City Ordinances shall be
$10.00.
