TO THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET/BOROUGH OF CARTERET .; REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY WHEREAS, an application has been filed for a Person-fa-Person Transfer of Plenary Retatil Consumption License #1201-33-038-003, heretofore issued to Nardan, Inc.; and WHEREAS, according to law, the application for transfer was duly advertised in The Horne News Tribune; a newspaper circulated in the Borough of Carteret"and no Objections, either verbally or in writing, were filed or made to the Governing Body or to the Municipal Clerk regarding said transfer; and \VHEREAS, the submitted application form is complete in all respe:cts, the feeS have been paid and the applicant is qualified to be licensed according to s- 2040 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor aud Council ofthe Borough ofCarteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that ABC License #1201-33-038- 003, heretofore granted to Nardan, Inc., be and same is hereby transferred to the Borough of Carteret/Borough of Carteret RedevelopmenrAgency, effective April 1 0, 2008; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to execute the endorsement ofthis Person-fa-Person Transfer 011 behalf of the Mayor and Council ofthe Borough ofCarteret; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) copies of this Resolution be sent forthwith to the State of New Jersey, Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, CN 087, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087.
