adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL
APPROVAL FOR SISK ADDITION
WHEREAS, Jeffrey Sisk (Applicant) has requested approval for a plat to be
known as Sisk Addition; and
WHEREAS, Sisk Addition will result in Lot 1, Block 1, having + 4.02 acres;
Lot 2, Block 1 having + 3.57 acres; and Outlot A having 3,600 square feet; and
WHEREAS, the city council has reviewed the final plat for compliance with the
terms and conditions of preliminary approval granted on February 18, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota, that final approval is given to the Applicant for Sisk Addition,
subject to the following:
1. The Applicant must pay a park dedication fee in the amount of $1, 705 for
Lot 1, Block 1;
2. It is acknowledged that Lot 1, Block 1 has room for an animal structure, but
Lot 2, Block 1, does not have sufficient room for an animal structure;
3. Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, must use Outlot A for access to Homestead Trail;
4. The Applicant must protect the designated primary and secondary septic
system sites on Lot 1, Block 1, with stakes or fencing to prevent damage to
the sites prior to construction of a house and septic system; and
5. The Applicant must pay to the city for administrative expenses the amount
determined by city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of reviewing
the plat.
