HomeMy Public PortalAbout1992-025Member Alfidttil moved its adoption: introduced the following Resolution CITY OF MEDI A RESOLUTION NO.ke -cjv PERMIT/RESOLUTION FOR PUBLIC UTILITY INSTALLATION IN CITY RIGHT OF WAY WHEREAS U.S. West Communications , a public utility licensed to do business in the City of Medina, has made application to the City- for the installation of buried telephone cable for plant improvement located at Hamel Road between Tamarack and Arrowhead within the City of Medina; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said application be.gr.anted in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted, subject to following conditions: 1. Street- and Right of Way shall be restored to their original condition upon completion of Installation and Applicant shall be liable for settlement or other damage caused by said installation for a period of the year following completion. 2. Completion Date: 3. Performance Bond in the Amount of: d. Depth of Conduit. 5.
