COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
March 2, 1976
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Gilbertson called the meeting of the Community Redevelop-
ment Agency to order at 8:32 p.m. on Tuesday, March 2, 1976, in
the Council Chamber of the City Hall.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Members - Dennis, Greenberg, Merritt, Gilbertson
Absent: Members- Tyrell
Also Present: Executive Director Koski, General Counsel Martin
Mr, Dennis moved to excuse Mr. Tyrell for cause, seconded by.
Mr. Merritt and carried.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Mr. Greenberg moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting
of the Community Redevelopment Agency held February 17, 1976, as
written, seconded by Mr. Merritt and carried.
Mr. Merritt moved to approve the minutes of the Special Meeting of
the Community Redevelopment Agency:`Izeld February 26, 1976, as
written, seconded by Mr. Dennis and carried.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
There was no unfinished business.
NEW BUSINESS:
4. RESOLUTION CRA -76: WARRANTS & DEMANDS, Demand Nos. 525 thru 534 in
the amount of $212,580.73
Mr. Greenberg moved to adopt Resolution CRA -76 A RESOLUTION OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CERTAIN
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE SUM OF $212,580.73, DEMAND NOS. 525 THRU
534, seconded by Mr. Merritt and carried.
5. COMMUNICATIONS:
There were no communications.
Mr. Tyrell arrived at 8:33 p,m.
6. MATTERS FROM CITY OFFICIALS :.
A. Resolution CRA -77: Approving Second Amendment to the Option,
Maintenance and Management Agreement, Covenants
Executive Director Koski presented resolution approving and authorizing
a second amendment to the Option, Maintenance and Management Agreement,
Covenants approved by the Agency, the amendment with respect to the
legal description of Parcel B.1(c).
Mr. Greenberg moved to adopt Resolution CRA -77 A RESOLUTION OF THE
TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE OPTION, MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT

AGREEMENT, COVENANTS WITH RESPECT TO THE ROSEMEAD BOULEVARD PARKING
FACILITIES, seconded by Mr. Dennis and carried,
7. ADJOURNMENT:
On motion by Mr. Greenberg, seconded by Mr. Dennis, meeting adjourned
at 8:34 p.m. Next regular meeting of the Community Redevelopment
Agency will be held Tuesday,, March 16, 1976, 7 :30 porno in the
Council Chamber of the City Hall.
