AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Four Hundred Ninety-Four
Thousand Dollars ($494,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of
pump station in South County Relief Pump Station (P-419) Improvements (12204) in
Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 53034
with Thouvenot, Wade & Moerchen, Inc. for design of pump station.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Dollars
($494,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design
of pump station in South County Relief Pump Station (P-419) Improvements (12204) in
Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 53034
with Thouvenot, Wade & Moerchen, Inc. for design of pump station in South County Relief Pump
Station (P-419) Improvements (12204) in Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and said
contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of
the General Counsel of the District.
