AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for sanitary sewer
construction in Greenbriar #2 Pump Station (P-448) Elimination (12291) in the City of Des Peres
and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 16093, adopted May 11, 2023, appropriated the initial
funding for and authorized Contract No. 12291; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for sanitary sewer construction in
Greenbriar #2 Pump Station (P-448) Elimination (12291) in the City of Des Peres and
Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 2023
