AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Seven Hundred Seventy Thousand
Dollars ($770,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of pump station
in Bonfils Pump Station (P-784) Rehabilitation (13439) in the City of Bridgeton, Missouri; and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 53036 with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc.
for design of pump station.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($770,000.00)
is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of pump station
in Bonfils Pump Station (P-784) Rehabilitation (13439) in the City of Bridgeton, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 53036
with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. for design of pump station in Bonfils Pump Station (P-784)
Rehabilitation (13439) in the City of Bridgeton, Missouri; and said contract shall be comprised of
such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the
District.
