CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 957 -33
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT
APPROVAL FOR MEDINA OAKS
WHEREAS, Delano N. Dietz, a.k.a. Deland N.Dietz and Joyce R. Dietz
(Applicants) have requested final approval of the plat of Medina Oaks; and
WHEREAS, the plat was given preliminary approval by the city council on
September 17, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the final plat has now been submitted by the Applicants and has
been reviewed by staff for compliance with the conditions of preliminary plat
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota the final approval is given to the Applicants for the plat of Medina
Oaks, subject to the following:
1. The Applicants must pay a park dedication fee for Lot 2;
2. It is acknowledged that Lot 1 has room for an animal structure. The existing
shed on Lot 1 cannot be used as an animal structure because of insufficient
setbacks but may be used for other permitted purposes;
3. Both lots must use Outlot A for access to Medina Road;
4. The existing drive and field road must be eliminated and relocated to Outlot
A; and
5. The Applicant must pay to the city for administrative expenses the amount
determined by city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of reviewing
the plat.
