AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER'S
LICENSE FOR THE 2009-2010 LICENSE TERM
'WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for the 2009-2010 License Term by the following:
JOSE CASTELLANOS
NELSON SANTA1'IA
ROBERTO VALDEZ
\VHEREAS, th~ Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated fn the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver's License be
granted to JOSE CASTELLANOS, NELSON SAl'lTANA AND ROBERTO
VALDEZ for the 2009-2010 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2009~
2010 License Term to JOSE CASTELLANOS, NELSON SAl'lTANA AND
ROBERTO VALDEZ.
Adopted this 6TH day of August, 2009
and certified as a true copy of the
original on August 7, 2009.
