HomeMy Public PortalAbout1992-035Member Th i'25 adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its CITY OF MEDINpA RESOLUTION NO. -36 RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF A PLAT FOR RON PETRUCCI WHEREAS, Ron Petrucci (Applicant) has requested preliminary approval of a proposed plat of his property located at the southeast intersection of Hamel Road and Parkview Lane; and WHEREAS, the proposed plat was considered by the planning commission on April 14, 1992, and by the city council on May 5, 1992. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota, that preliminary approval is hereby given to the Applicant for the proposed plat, subject to the following: 1. The Applicant must provide the drainage and utility easements and the right- of-way along Hamel Road and Parkview Lane required by the city staff; 2. The Applicant must provide a 60' x 60' Outlot on Hamel Road between Lots 1 and 3 and access from those lots to Hamel Road must be through the Outlot; 3. The Applicant must provide a 30' x 60' Outlot on Parkview Lane for Lot 2 in a location determined by city staff and the county and access from that lot to Parkview must be through the Outlot; 4. The Applicant must provide a trail easement along Parkview Lane and Hamel Road as required by the city staff; 5. The Applicant must stake and preserve from disturbance the primary and secondary septic system sites on each of the lots; 6. It is acknowledged that all lots have room for an animal structure under the current ordinance; 7. The Applicant must submit a current abstract of title or registered property abstract covering all the property being platted for review by the city attorney; 8. The Applicant must pay to the city for administrative expenses the amount determined by city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of reviewing the plat; RHB34707 ME230-155 9. The final plat shall in all respects conform to the preliminary plat, except for matters which are required to be modified as a result of this preliminary plat approval; and 10. The Applicant must submit the final plat for review by the zoning administrator within 180 days of the date of adoption of this resolution, whereafter this preliminary plat approval shall be considered null and void.
