Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council held a work session Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at the City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Berner called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Jim Bartels, Al Havens, Eric Schnedler, Christine Olney, Rodney Walls. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt, City Clerk Abigail Hora, and others present. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Bartels Second by Schnedler All ayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion of Discussion of Speed Limit on Oakdale Boulevard Discussion: Lt. Adolph present and talked about speed on Oakdale Blvd. Council will keep the speed limit at 25. D. Discussion and Review of Annual Building Official Report Discussion: In 2018 we issued 286 building permits and in 2019 we issued 357. E. Discussion of RV/Camper/Trailer Parking in Residential Areas Discussion: Look into other similar cities that handle these nuisances. F. Discussion of FY 2020-2021 Budget G. Questions from Council Members regarding items on the Regular City Council Agenda H. Other Business I.
