RESOLUTION NO. `37
WHEREAS the residents in the Elm Creek development are
concerned about the speed of traffic going through their
development and the safety of their children; and
WHEREAS the residents have requested that stop signs be
erected; and
WHEREAS the Public Works Director and the Chief of Police
have inspected the situation; and
WHEREAS traffic hazards were found to exist in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following roads have
Stop Signs installed:
Ridge View Circle at Elm Creek Drive
Elm Creek Drive at Ridge View Circle both at
the North and South ends.

The motion for the agoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
