Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council held a work session Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at the City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Berner called the meeting to order at 6:15 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Jim Bartels, Eric Schnedler, Rodney Walls. Absent: Christine Olney, Al Havens. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt, City Clerk Abigail Hora, and others present. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Bartels Second by Walls All ayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review of the Grove Park Developers Agreement Discussion: Grove Park is seeking ~$84,000 for the right turn lane East Bound. D. Discussion and Review of Potential No Parking on the West Side of North Croell Avenue from Lilac Street to Goldfinch Drive Issue was not discussed due to lack of time. E. Discussion of FY 2020-2021 Budget Issue was not discussed due to lack of time. F. Questions from Council Members regarding items on the Regular City Council Agenda G. Other Business H.
