Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council held a work session Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at the City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Berner called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Jim Bartels, Eric Schnedler, Rodney Walls, Christine Olney arrives at 6:40 PM, Al Havens. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt, City Clerk Abigail Hora, and others present. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Havens Second by Schnedler All ayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review of the Original Town Urbanization Project Phase Two Discussion: Roundabout start date will be delayed due to timing of when school is let out. Signals to begin on Deerview and Hwy 6 soon, signs will be put up to let residents know when the signals will be up and running. Design Engineer would like ideas for center of the roundabout. D. Discussion and Review of Potential No Parking on the West Side of North Croell Avenue from Lilac Street to Goldfinch Drive Chris Olney arrives at 6:40 PM Discussion: No parking from Goldfinch Dr to Hwy 6 both sides. E. Review of Trap-Neuter-Return 2019 Annual Report Community Cat League Discussion: Trap-Neuter-Return would like to host a workshop in Tiffin. Community Cat League is seeking a space to house the cats in Tiffin during their time with TNR program. They would also like to more involved in community events to help inform residents about their program. A 2020 proposal of work will be at the next council meeting. F.
