Roll Call CCA Board President Jennifer Mooney called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM. Upon Roll Call the following School Board Members and City Council were present: Mayor Steve Berner, Jim Bartels, Al Havens, Eric Schnedler, Christine Olney, Rodney Walls, Jennifer Mooney, Bob Broghammer, Matt McAveary, Eileen Schmidt, Kathy Swenka, Nikki Knapp. Absent: Jeff Tackaberry. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt, Clear Creek Amana Superintendent Tim Kuehl, City Clerk Abigail Hora, Board Secretary Lori Robertson and others. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve the agenda by Swenka Second by Broghammer All ayes, motion carried. C. Welcome and Introductions D. Update on Recreation Center/Possible CCA Participation in an Indoor Pool Discussion: Missy Ortman of the Iowa City Eels also works for CCA present. CCA School Board asked what contribution they would receive from capital campaign. They would also need to know their monthly cost and how would we accept the money as in terms (years). E. Scheduling of Next Meeting th Next meeting is scheduled at Tuesday May 12 at 5:30 PM F. Other Business G.
