Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council held a work session Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at the City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Berner called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Jim Bartels present via phone, Eric Schnedler, Rodney Walls, Christine Olney, Al Havens. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt, City Clerk Abigail Hora, and others present. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Schnedler Second by Havens All ayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review of Recreation Facility Discussion: Council would like to know cost with no pool for the recreation center, like the Wellman facility. Obtain more operational expenses from other recreation centers with a pool. D. Discussion and Review Conquer the Creek Special Events Application Discussion: Council would like to see Tiffun Creekfest and Conquer the Creek work together along side the Recreation Director and Deputy Clerk. E. Review of City of Tiffin Capital Improvements Plan Discussion: Council would like to review the timing of the Recreation Center and Kimberlite turn lanes. F. Questions from Council Members regarding items on the Regular City Council Agenda G. Other Business H.
