MINUTES
AUGUST 17, 1976
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Greenberg called the meeting of the Community Redevelopment
Agency to order at 8:39 p.m. on Tuesday, August 17, 1976, in the
Council Chamber of the City Hall.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Members - Dennis, Gilbertson ,Merritt,Tyrell,Greenberg
Absent: Members -None
Also Present: Executive Director Koski, General Counsel Martin,
Assistant Executive Director Dragicevich
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Mr. Merritt moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of
the Community Redevelopment Agency held August 3, 1976, as written,
seconded by Mr. Dennis and carried, Mr. Gilbertson abstaining.

NEW BUSINESS:
4. RESOLUTION NO. CRA -89: WARRANTS & DEMANDS, Demand Nos. 599 thru 600
in the amount of $1,700.
Mr. Gilbertson moved to adopt Resolution No. CRA -89 A RESOLUTION OF
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CERTAIN
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS. IN THE. SUM. OF $1,700.00, DEMAND NOS. 599 AND 600,
seconded by Mr. Merritt and carried,
5. COMMUNICATIONS:
Executive Director Koski presented proposal for auditing and consulting
services for the 19.76 -77 fiscal year from Harman and Company. Mr. Tyrell
moved to• approve °proposal for auditing and consulting services, seconded
by Mr, Dennis-and carried.
. MATTERS FROM' CITY OFFICIALS:
•Aa PROPOSED EGS SHOPS
On motion by Mr. Gilbertson, seconded by Mr. Merritt and .carried,
Agency approved Elevation plans for the proposed. EGS retail shops
between K mart. and Albertson's Market as shown on Exhibit "A ".
B, DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - MILLER'S OUTPOST
Executive Director Koski advised the Disposition and Development
Agreement between Agency and David Miller has been reviewed by
General Counsel; agreement calls for purchase of 220 ft. building
frontage, identified as Parcel No. 5; the building would consist of
23,700 sq. ft. gross floor area including Miller's Outpost and
several retail shops.
Mr. Gilbertson moved to set public hearing to consider approval of
Disposition and Development Agreement between Agency and David Miller
September 7, 1976, seconded by Mr. Merritt and carried.

7. ADJOURNMENT:
On motion by Mr. Dennis, seconded by Mr. Tyrell, meeting adjourned
at 8:48 p.m. Next meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency
will be held Tuesday, September 7,1976, 8:00 p.m. in the Council
Chamber of the City Hall.
