Dear Thomas Jean ,
The third renewal for the above referenced contract, covering the period April 13, 2024, through April
12, 2025, has been approved. With this renewal, REVIZE LLC. may continue to provide website services
for the Village of Key Biscayne.
This renewal is the third of annual one (1) one-year renewal options allowed under the same terms and
conditions of the original contract in Section 2.1 and upon mutual acceptance by both parties. Upon
expiration, the Village Manager may renew with the same terms.
