Resolution No. 12-8500
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THAT THE CITY VEHICLES PREVIOUSLY
USED BY FORMER CITY COMMISSIONERS BE UTILIZED
BY OPA-LOCKA PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT;
PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF RECITALS;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City has two (2) vehicles, previously used by former City
Commissioners,that are no longer being utilized for that purpose; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires to have the vehicles
transferred to and utilized by the Opa-locka Public Works Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka hereby authorizes and
directs that the two (2) City vehicles previously used by former City Commissioners are to be
transferred to and utilized by the Opa-locka Public Works Department.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12TH day of December, 2012.
