LICENSE TO THOMAS E. LIPNICKI, NORTHEAST LIVERY SERVICE
FOR THE 2009-2010 LICENSE TERIVI
\VHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2009-2010, trading as
NORTHEAST LIVERY SERVICE
\VlIEREAS, he qualifications of the applicant has been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department and the said department reconunends that a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2009-2010 License Term be granted to the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue THOMAS E. LIPNICKI, a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2009-2010 License,
