AUTHORIZING THE ISSUAi'lCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER'S
LICENSE FOR THE 2009-2010 LICENSE TERl'VI
\VHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for the 2009-2010 License Term by the following:
THOMAS E. LIPNICKI, JR.
RICHARD VEGA
\VHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver's License be
granted to THOMAS E. LIPNICKI, JR., and RICHARD VEGA for the 2009-
2010 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2009-
2010 License Term to THOMAS E. LIPNICKI, JR., and RICHARD VEGA.
