Mayor Vandernail called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.

2. Approval of Agenda:
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Barwick seconded the motion to approve the
agenda. Motion carried: 6-0.
3. Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes August 1, 2018
b) Elk Creek Filing No. 5
Trustee Quinn moved, and Trustee Meyring seconded the motion to approve the
consent agenda. Motion carried: 6-0.
4. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding
a) Policy Regarding Artists and Vendors at Town Sponsored Events
The TM will explore what policies other towns have in place.
b) 2018 Retreat Goals, October 5, 2018
5. Open Forum
a) Police Chief Trainer updated the TB on the fire near Kremmling in Old Park.
6. Other Business-
a) There are two more dates for Music in the Park, August 21 & August 28.
b) Barwick discussed parking on the streets in Grand Park. TM said parking signs
have been ordered and will be installed.

c) Mayor Vandernail discussed the TAC budget for 2019 and the increase for
Fraser is about $175,000. The bridge at Grand Park is almost drivable
underneath.

Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Barwick seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion
carried: .6-0. Meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
