RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF PIONEER TRAIL FROM T . H . 55 TO POINT
1,500 FEET SOUTHEAST THEREOF
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the City Council on November
19, 1991, the city engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the
improvement of Pioneer Trail from T . H . 55 to a point 1,500 feet southeast thereof by
constructing a roadway with stabilization fabric, 12 inches of aggregate base and 4-
1/2 inches of bituminous paving, 24 feet in width with 6 foot gravel shoulders and
by reconfiguring the intersection of Pioneer Trail and T . H . 55 and has presented
such plans and specifications to the city council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council of Medina, Minnesota
that such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof, are hereby approved.
