CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. CO —
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF MAPLE STREET FROM CO. RD. 19 TO A
POINT 150 FEET EAST OF ASPEN STREET
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the City Council on September
3, 1991, the city engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement
of Maple Street from County Road 19 to a point 150 feet east of Aspen Street by
placement of stabilization fabric, 12 inches of aggregate base and 4-1/2 inches of
bituminous paving, 24 feet wide with 3 foot gravel shoulders and has presented such
plans and specifications to the city council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council of Medina, Minnesota
that such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof, are hereby approved.
