RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF TOWER DRIVE FROM HAMEL ROAD TO
THE CUL DE SAC WEST OF PINTO DRIVE
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the City Council on September
3, 1991, the city engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement
of Tower Drive from Hamel Road to the cul de sac west of Pinto Drive by resurfacing
the roadway with 1.5 inches of bituminous paving and has presented such plans and
specifications to the city council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council of Medina, Minnesota
that such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof, are hereby approved.
